Terry Jervis - Media Executive and Business Entrepreneur
Terry Jervis was born in Hackney, east London, coming from a Caribbean family who had fought in World War ll. His RAF uncle came back on the Windrush to help rebuild war-torn Britain. The rest of the family soon followed. Terry started selling comic-books and publishing at an early age (12). He used his money to make his first film at 14 years old, “From Gospel to Soul: The Sam Cooke Story”.
It was noticed by the BBC and at the age of 19 they sent him to study Media Law and Journalism, and he went straight into radio and TV production after graduating. With over 40 years of experience in film, TV, radio, print, video games and management, Terry Jervis has become the most senior black executive and youngest head of department in BBC history.
Has advised and worked with, UK Government, Rolls-Royce, RAF, Marvel, Sony, Universal, Warner’s, Motown, Shell, Lego, Buckingham Palace and a range of other diverse businesses. His shows have reached a collective audience of over 4.5 billion people worldwide, they’re filled with knowledge, wisdom, celebrity and a greater sense of purpose. This will be an engaging and inspirational session.

Since 1992 Tony DADA has been a nurturer and investor in Talented People.
